Repairs/Replacement

You come home one day after a cocktail lunch with the girls and you whip your bracelets off and snap one and the beads fly everywhere.  Or you look down one day and suddenly notice that you have broken a charm, cracked a bead, or one of your chains has tarnished. 

Although we use exceptional quality 24k gold overlay chains, authentic, natural semi-precious gemstone beads and genuine gemstone charms our materials are not indestructible. The beads can break or the chains can tarnish over time due to improper care, and natural body oils. We understand that life happens!! And we are here to repair or replace any broken or damaged pieces.

Each bracelet repair/replacement is evaluated on a case by case basis depending on the damage or missing items.  The evaluation process takes 1-2 business days and once the repair cost has been determined we will get back to you with the cost.  We will email you a paid shipping label, along with the repair invoice and you will only be responsible for the repair cost.
